Syarat & Ketentuan Pemesanan Stadium Tour + Sky View JIS
Terms and Conditions Stadium Tour + Sky View JIS Booking

  1. Peserta wajib mengonfirmasi pilihan sesi kunjungan ke petugas dengan menghubungi nomor: 0812 9587 8236 (Admin JIS)
    Participants must confirm their chosen visit session with the officer by contacting: +62 812 9587 8236 (JIS Admin).
  2. Peserta atau penanggung jawab wajib menunjukkan bukti tiket asli dan KTP untuk verifikasi.
    Participants or the person in charge must show the original ticket and ID card for verification.
  3. Jika tiket yang dibeli tidak sesuai dengan kategori (Umum/Pelajar) berdasarkan identitas yang ditunjukkan, pengelola berhak membatalkan tiket. Peserta harus melakukan pemesanan ulang dengan kategori yang benar.
    If the ticket purchased does not match the category (General/Student) based on the identity shown, management has the right to cancel the ticket. Participants must rebook with the correct category.

Stadium Tour + Sky View JIS Schedule

  1. Durasi: ±120 menit per sesi
    Duration: ±120 minutes per session
  2. Hari & Jam Tur: Senin – Minggu, Pukul 10.00 – 16.00 WIB (kecuali hari libur nasional)
    Tour Days & Hours: Monday – Sunday, 10.00 AM – 4.00 PM WIB (except national holidays)
  3. Peserta harus datang sesuai jadwal. Jika terlambat, peserta bisa menyusul, tetapi tur tetap berakhir sesuai jadwal. Batas toleransi keterlambatan adalah 15 menit.
    Participants must come on time. If late, participants can still join, but the tour will still end on schedule. The grace period is 15 minutes.
  4. Stadium Tour JIS bisa dibatalkan sewaktu-waktu jika ada acara resmi, cuaca buruk, atau alasan teknis lainnya.
    Stadium Tour JIS may be canceled at any time due to official events, bad weather, or other technical reasons.

Keamanan & Tata Tertib Stadium Tour + Sky View JIS
Stadium Tour + Sky View JIS Safety & Rules

  1. Peserta wajib mengikuti arahan pemandu.

    Participants must follow the guide’s instructions.

  2. Peserta wajib mendengarkan dan mematuhi informasi safety induction dari tim HSE JIS.

    Participants must listen to and follow the safety induction information from the JIS HSE team.

  3. Kenakan pakaian sopan dan sepatu yang nyaman (hindari sepatu hak tinggi).

    Wear modest clothing and comfortable shoes (avoid high heels).

  4. Anak usia 12 tahun ke bawah wajib didampingi orang dewasa.

    Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  5. Dilarang buang sampah sembarangan di area JIS & Sky View JIS.

    No littering in the JIS & Sky View JIS area.

  6. Dilarang membawa senjata tajam, senjata api, minuman keras, narkoba, dan zat terlarang lainnya.

    No sharp weapons, firearms, alcoholic drinks, drugs, or other illegal substances allowed.

  7. Dilarang menerbangkan drone atau menggunakan kamera profesional tanpa izin.

    No flying drones or using professional cameras without permission.

  8. Dilarang merokok, menggunakan vape, atau sejenisnya selama tur berlangsung.

    No smoking, vaping, or similar during the tour.

Peraturan Khusus Sky View JIS
Sky View JIS Special Rules

  1. Lift Sky View JIS maksimal diisi 15 orang sekali jalan.

    The Sky View JIS lift can hold a maximum of 15 people per trip.

  2. Jika peserta lebih dari 15 orang, akan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok.

    If there are more than 15 participants, they will be split into two groups.

  3. Peserta dengan fobia ketinggian, sakit jantung, atau sedang hamil tidak diperbolehkan naik ke Sky View JIS.

    Participants with fear of heights, heart conditions, or who are pregnant are not allowed to go up to Sky View JIS.

  4. Dilarang bersandar atau memanjat pagar pembatas Sky View JIS.
    Do not lean on or climb the Sky View JIS railing.

Tanggung Jawab
Liability

  1. Pihak JIS tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan barang peserta selama tur.

    JIS is not responsible for lost belongings during the tour.

  2. Pihak JIS tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan atau kelalaian terhadap barang pribadi peserta.

    JIS is not responsible for any damage or negligence regarding personal belongings.

  3. Seluruh peserta wajib mematuhi aturan dan bertanggung jawab atas diri sendiri selama tur.
    All participants must follow the rules and are responsible for themselves during the tour.

Media Content & Privacy

  1. Dengan memasuki area Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), peserta menyetujui untuk difoto atau direkam sebagai dokumentasi dan keperluan promosi JIS.
    By entering the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) area, participants agree to be photographed or recorded for documentation and JIS promotional purposes.
  2. Pembuatan konten komersial harus mendapat izin terlebih dahulu dari Pengelola Jakarta International Stadium (JIS).
    Creating commercial content must obtain prior permission from the Management of Jakarta International Stadium (JIS).
