THE ACE COURT TENNIS VENUE RULES

1. GENERAL POLICIES

a. Non-Refundable

• All bookings are final and non-refundable. Please confirm your schedule before payment.

b. Cleanliness

• Keep the court and lounge areas clean. No food or drinks are allowed on the playing surface.

c. Pets

• No pets are allowed in or around the court area.

d. External Personnel

• External photographers, videographers, or ballboys are not permitted. All services must go through The ACE Court.

2. BOOKING, PAYMENT, LATENESS & NO-SHOWS

a. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

b. Late arrivals will not extend the session time.

c. No-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

3. BALLBOY SERVICE

a. Only ACE ballboys are permitted.

b. Rate: Rp 50,000/hour, payable directly on-site (cash or transfer).

c. Subject to availability; please confirm when booking.

4. COACHING SERVICE

a. Coaching sessions are not included in the court booking fee.

b. Only ACE-certified coaches or external coaches may conduct lessons.

5. DRESS CODE & SAFETY

a. Sports shoes with non-marking soles are mandatory. Sandals, cleats, or high heels are strictly prohibited.

b. Players must wear comfortable athletic clothing (no jeans or attire with metal parts).

c. Dangerous behavior such as throwing rackets, hitting nets, or damaging property is not tolerated.

6. RAIN POLICY (FOR OUTDOOR COURTS)

a. Before Play: If rain occurs within 60 minutes before playtime and the court is deemed unplayable by ACE staff, players are entitled to one (1) free reschedule.

b. During Play: If rain begins after the match has started, no reschedule or refund applies for the remaining time.

c. After Reschedule: Each booking is entitled to one (1) rain reschedule only. If rain occurs again during the rescheduled session, no further reschedule or refund will apply, unless approved by ACE Management under special circumstances.

d. Verification: Players must send photos/videos of the court condition to the ballboy and admin as proof.

e. Decision: The ACE Duty Supervisor’s decision regarding playability and safety is final. f. Reschedule Period: Replacement sessions must be used within 14 days from the original date, subject to slot availability.

7. LIABILITY & FACILITY DAMAGE

a. Players are responsible for using all facilities properly.

b. Any damage caused by careless or intentional actions (e.g., hitting the fence, lights, benches, or net) will result in replacement charges to the player.

c. Damages caused by normal wear or structural issues are covered by The ACE Court. d. Incidents may be reviewed via CCTV or staff reports to determine responsibility.

8. SAFETY & INCIDENT HANDLING

a. Stop play immediately in case of any injury or safety issue and notify staff.

b. Players participate at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal accident insurance.

c. CCTV monitoring is in place for your safety.
