THE ACE COURT VENUE RULES

1. GENERAL POLICIES

a. No Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable. Please check availability and timing carefully before booking.

b. No Pets Allowed

• For health, safety, and comfort, pets are not permitted in the court or surrounding area.

c. Coach Service

• Not included in the booking fee.
• Available on-site for appointment only.
• Must be from the ACE Court official team. i
• External coaches have additional charges to be approved.

d. Punctuality

• Players are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend session time.

e. Cleanliness & Conduct

• Keep the court and lounge area clean.
• No food or drinks in the court playing area.
• Respect all players, staff, and guests.

2. DRESS CODE & EQUIPMENT POLICY a. FOOTWEAR POLICY

• Players must wear closed-toe sports shoes with non-marking soles.
• Padel or tennis shoes are highly recommended for optimal grip and ankle support.
• Barefoot, sandals, cleats, or high heels are strictly prohibited on court.
• Players wearing inappropriate footwear will be denied entry to the court for safety reasons.

b. CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS

• Players must wear comfortable athletic attire (t-shirts, sports polos, dry-fit tops, shorts, or skirts).
• No jeans, formal wear, or clothing with metal parts (zippers, studs) allowed on court.

c. ACCESSORIES & SAFETY

• Hats, visors, and sweatbands are permitted and recommended for game play.
• Jewelry (rings, necklaces, hoop earrings, watches) should be removed before play to avoid injury.
• Sports eyewear or sunglasses with strap are allowed, especially for daylight sessions.
• Personal bags must be placed outside court boundaries

3. LIABILITY & DAMAGE POLICY

a. Player Responsibility

• Players are expected to use all facilities responsibly. Any intentional damage, negligent action, or misuse of property (including glass walls, lighting, and net systems) will result in full liability for repair or replacement costs.

b. Glass Wall Safety & Breakage

• Our glass panels are made of certified tempered safety glass. While durable, they can break under excessive impact.
• Players must avoid hitting, leaning, or pushing against the glass walls.
• If a player’s careless or intentional action (e.g., hitting the glass with a racket, kicking, or body slamming) causes breakage, the player will be charged the replacement cost.
• If glass breakage occurs during normal play or due to technical or structural causes, The ACE Court will cover the repair internally.

c. Incident Handling

• Stop playing immediately and move away from the affected area.
• Notify staff for safety handling and inspection.
• The incident may be reviewed via CCTV or staff report to determine liability.

d. Liability Disclaimer

• The ACE Court shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from player negligence or non-compliance with venue policies. Players participate at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal accident insurance.

By entering and using The ACE Court facilities, players acknowledge and agree to comply with all venue rules and policies stated above. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
