THE ACE COURT - VENUE RULES
GENERAL POLICIES
No Refund Policy - All bookings are non-refundable. Please check availability and timing carefully before booking.
No Pets Allowed - For health, safety, and comfort, pets are not permitted in the court or surrounding area.
No External Personnel - Outside photographers, videographers, or ballboys are not allowed. All services must go through The ACE Court.
Coach Service
Not included in the booking fee.
Available on-site for appointment only.
Must be from the ACE Court official team.
External coaches must be approved.
Punctuality - Players are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend session time.
Cleanliness & Conduct
Keep the court and lounge area clean.
No food or drinks on the playing area.
Respect all players, staff, and guests.
THE ACE COURT PADEL – DRESS CODE & EQUIPMENT POLICY
To ensure safety, performance, and comfort for all players, please follow our official attire and gear regulations:
1. FOOTWEAR POLICY
Players must wear closed-toe sports shoes with non-marking soles.
Padel or tennis shoes are highly recommended for optimal grip and ankle support.
Barefoot, sandals, cleats, or high heels are strictly prohibited on court.
Players wearing inappropriate footwear will be denied entry to the court for safety reasons.
2. CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
Players must wear comfortable athletic attire (t-shirts, sports polos, dry-fit tops, shorts, or skirts).
No jeans, formal wear, or clothing with metal parts (zippers, studs) allowed on court.
Shirts must be worn at all times.
We encourage light-colored clothing during day sessions for heat protection.
3. ACCESSORIES & SAFETY
Hats, visors, and sweatbands are permitted and recommended for outdoor play.
Jewelry (rings, necklaces, hoop earrings, watches) should be removed before play to avoid injury.
Eyewear Sports glasses or sunglasses with strap are allowed, especially for outdoor daylight sessions.
Personal bags must be placed outside court boundaries.
Protokol Kesehatan
Batasan Jumlah Pemain
Jumlah pemain yang memasuki area lapangan dibatasi, dianjurkan tidak membawa keluarga atau teman.
Suhu Tubuh
Wajib dalam keadaan sehat. Jika suhu badan di atas 37.3℃ maka tidak diizinkan untuk memasuki area lapangan.
Masker dan Cuci tangan
Wajib menggunakan masker dan mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah bermain.
Wajib Vaksin Covid-19
Para pemain WAJIB menunjukkan kartu atau sertifikat vaksin, minimal dosis ke-1.
Jaga Jarak Aman
Setiap pemain wajib menjaga jarak satu sama lain ketika memasuki area venue.
